Patrick and his lovely wife, Darlene, will do all the shopping, setting up, cooking and cleaning. All you have to do is relax with your guests and enjoy the evening. You will have the option of selecting the menu or choosing one that he will set up with your approval. You can have an intimate dinner for 2 or one for 12 and Patrick will set the mood and serve you with food fit for a king. Once in all our lives we want to be pampered and catered to. Patrick was born in Antony, a small town just outside of Paris, and has an extensive culinary background. His past twenty-two years of cooking experience include fifteen years of cooking in France, Italy and Switzerland. At one point in Patricks career he was the Executive Sous Chef in the Woodlands, in Texas, overseeing five restaurants. While working there he met Mr. Tony Dawson and was asked to work several dinners for the La Chaine des Rotisseurs. This engagement took him to a hotel, spa, and golf resort known as Resort Cordillera in Vail, Colorado as an Executive Sous Chef. At the Cordillera he met a vast array of famous people and was asked to conduct private dinner parties in their homes. One of these dinners was at the Trump Tower in New York...this turned into an offer to become the Private Chef for the Johnson Family traveling with them to all three of their homes. After fourteen months at this position, he decided to combine all three of his passions, his wife, his Harley and cooking, thus...THE TRAVELING CHEF TEAM.
