Dear Patrick,
I finally have the opportunity to put a note together to you to congratulate you and thank you on behalf of myself and the entire Chaine for an absolutely superb dinner. Your commitment, dedication and passion for this incredible culinary experience was exemplified by the enjoyment of all 64 people that attended this event at the Chaparral Club. I recognize that you and I are both new to this Chapter, but I was extremely proud to have you leading the charge and sharing not only your special talents, but all the talents that we are fortunate to have at Cordillera.
Patrick, it's a delight to have you with us and I look forward to many more incredible evenings with your creations. Also, I would like you to pass on my thanks to Luke and the rest of the culinary team that assisted in this fine event.
